Field Report =Had a busy week in Reykjavik, Iceland, unfortunately without time to go flying.

Stayed at hotel Loftleidir, 25 metres (literally!) from the airport.

Nordic licenses accepted w/o validation, otherwise call Icelandic CAA at +354 5694100, ask for Halgrimur Johansson. C172 IFR is ISK 7700 (£77) an hour, instruction/checkride £25. Flying Club: +354 5305100. I counted 89 aerodromes on my 1:500000 road map!
